Kundalini Yoga is a sacred technology created to give you an experience of your soul. Also called, The Yoga of Awareness, this practice is a combination of breath, asana, mantra, mudra, eye-focus and body locks designed to detox all the systems of the body with emphasis on the glandular system, the guardians of our health. It balances the hormones, restores the nervous system, enhances lung capacity, purifies the blood and awakens the kundalini energy within each of us known as the nerve of the soul. It develops and sustains a relationship with the energies of the higher self while nurturing and balancing the energies of the lower self; enhances intuition and connects us to the divinity within. Uplifting all aspects of the human experience kundalini yoga develops a neutral meditative mind and attitude creating a deep sense of dignity and grace.
