Private Lessons for Women

As your private yoga teacher, I meet you exactly where you are! I will help you figure out what you need most and design custom classes that address those needs. I serve by sharing my knowledge and wisdom to guide you on your path as you experience the benefits and healing power of kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

In private lessons we will tune in and I will teach you spinal warmups, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, kriyas (moving asanas), mantras (sacred sound), mudras (hand yoga), bandhas (body locks that direct energy), drishtis (eye focus) and deep relaxation with a symphonic gong bath. I will teach you the importance of a daily sadhana (spiritual practice) and unfold the sacred teachings as well as the cleansing, balancing, and vibrant "lifestyle" of kundalini yoga. 

How We Work Together:

My Home Studio, Your Home Office, or Skype

    • I see clients at my private home yoga studio in Winooski, Vermont, in your home/office, and on Skype
    • These sessions are 60, 90, or 120 minutes and are available Monday through Friday 9-2pm.
    • As my availability is limited, the priority for scheduling will be given to students who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).
    • If availability allows though, I will schedule sessions on an “as needed” basis.
